🥗 New Update — Dietician Coming Soon
We’re planning to introduce a dietician inside the community. The idea is simple:👉 Weekly sessions where you can - ask questions about your diet - understand what to eat (and what to avoid) - get practical, realistic guidance This will help especially with: - kidney disease - diabetes - protein leak - daily food confusion Why this matters A lot of people struggle not with medicines…but with what to eat every day This is something we want to make clearer for everyone. Your input matters Do you think this will help you? 👉 Comment below: Good idea / Not useful / What would you like covered 🙌 One small ask If you’re finding value here, share this community with someone who might need it. We’re building this together.

Great initiative, looking forward to it
Win #1 — “I understand what PKD is”
PKD is not just “cysts in the kidney”. It’s a condition that: - runs in families - progresses slowly over years - can be managed better if understood early Your task today Answer this in one line: 👉 Do you have PKD or are you being tested for it? Or simply write:👉 “Learning” Why this matters The biggest mistake is confusion.Clarity is the first step to control. 👉 If you’re unsure what PKD actually means go to Classroom → PKD → What is PKD
