Module 3: Co-Regulation & Nervous System Communication
📝 Share Your #1 Take-Away Below! If you consider yourself an empath and spend a lot of time around a dysregulated person, you might start feeling like their stress is your own. Many connect over their stressors or traumas, discussing the latest distressing news as a way to bond. But this is co-dysregulation. As a practitioner of this work, co-regulation is foundational and is one of the most crucial topics and skill sets for humans to learn is co-regulation. Co-regulation is all about how your electrical bubble, your nervous system, interacts with another's nervous system. When we spend time with someone with a regulated nervous system, we start to co-regulate with them, finding balance without saying a word. Conversely, if someone's dysregulated and we spend time with them, we might start to feel dysregulated ourselves. We discuss this in this video.

It’s true. Some people’s energies are so strong that I can’t even stay close to them. It happened me a quiet few times that I felt they are not sincere and they lie. And because I don’t speak to them they attack me that I’m unfriendly and arrogant 👀

Just did the basic somatic breathing exercise. In the beginning I experiment a little bit of pressure in my head like a dizziness. I guess it’s normal but it threatens me a little 🤏 😃

@Nadeem Al-Hasan yes it’s interesting with Wim Hof method I didn’t experienced this feeling buut I almost always did it with inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth while inhaling and exhaling through the mouth is another level 😃 my mouth also feels a little dry after the round but I read that other people experienced the same feeling…

Module 2: Regulation & Respiration
📝 Share Your #1 Take-Away Below! The primary role of your nervous system is communication. Many people believe its main job is to keep you safe, which is true, but how does it achieve that? It does so by constantly scanning your environment for signs of threat or safety and assessing the people around you. Your nervous system extends beyond your physical body; we are electromagnetic beings. In this video, we'll discuss this aspect of your physiology and how it impacts your daily life.

My takeaway is the regulation and dysregulation of our nervous system and people who are naturally more relaxed can become lethargic and anxious if they do not control this state. This opens new points of view on many aspects of our lifes 👀
