Level 2
Just used the Level 2 Orientation Tool — my focus this month is: Search + SEO–led authority pages. I’m saying no to: social media pressure, scattered podcast pitching, and starting new platforms.

@Dionne Anderson it’s a marathon not a sprint! I have rank math plugged and scores are good so I just let it simmer now!

I just wanted to say thank you for this! I reached out to two different people on this, what an amazing resource

Hi! I'm Kate - Counsellor, Somatic Therapist & Life Coach
I work with professional women 40+ who present an ‘I’ve got it together’ persona on the outside, yet on the inside they are anything but! They are overwhelmed, stuck and struggling and it’s affecting their daily lives. Using a combination of counselling and embodiment therapy, online via Zoom, we navigate physical, mental and emotional root-causes to start healing from within to feel whole and empowered to live life on your terms. I'm based in Dubbo, Central NSW Australia.

Hi, I'm Dayna!
Hi Everyone! I'm Dayna, a Spiritual Wellness Coach & Teacher, supporting clients in understanding who they are and embodying their authentic energy to realign themselves and create the life they want. I'm a mom of 2, a yogi and a lover of matcha and books. Although I have a bit of a following across different platforms it does feel forced a lot of the time. My goal is to connect and collaborate a lot more this year and find other ways to gain visibility and build my audience.

She Let Go...
Last night I did a breathwork session (I do them whenever I can to regulate my nervous system - usually that means once or twice a month - normally with https://breathlessexpeditions.com) and last night a poem by Safire Rose was shared that LANDED. In case it speaks to you as well, I thought I would share it here. She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go. She let go of the fear. She let go of the judgments. She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. She let go of the committee of indecision within her. She let go of all the ‘right’ reasons. Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go. She didn’t ask anyone for advice. She didn’t read a book on how to let go. She didn’t search the scriptures. She just let go. She let go of all of the memories that held her back. She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward. She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right. She didn’t promise to let go. She didn’t journal about it. She didn’t write the projected date in her Day-Timer. She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope. She just let go. She didn’t analyze whether she should let go. She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter. She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. She didn’t call the prayer line. She didn’t utter one word. She just let go. No-one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No-one thanked her or praised her. No-one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go. There was no effort. There was no struggle. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad. It was what it was, and it is just that. In the space of letting go, she let it all be. A small smile came over her face. A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore… → What do you need to let go of today? Drop it in the comments if you want to share it.
