still struggling with a fresh breath, head not lifting up high enough yet :(

Manage to capture one with the help of the security guard at the pool. Will share more over the weekend. Posting again not sure if you received it.

Unable to take head out of water for a fresh breath
don’t know how to take a fresh breath, just can’t seem to take the head above water for breathing. Exhaling fine when in water but cant figure out how to take a fresh breath. Any suggestions.
