I love this group! It’s valuable for people who have tried many programs and know their sticking points, though beginners benefit. Unlike most systems, you can often move to step 2 before perfecting step 1 because each step builds on and revisits earlier work. You get targeted help, not just “work harder.” The modules demand effort, support one another, and balance progression. Andre (teacher) keeps learning, tests new ideas, welcomes other perspectives, and clearly explains what he recommends.
