Luna day 8.
Good morning! Yesterday was day 8: I struggled with this one! mainly due to stiffness and soreness from this rib/back injury- I may need some assistance to swap out some moves like you suggested Emmie? I definitely need strengthening though!
Lunar yoga: Day 7:
Lunar yoga: Day 7:Glad for a rest day yesterday.I found this morning a little difficult, as I’ve had a recent rib injury.I am very inflexible and felt stiff and awkward. Again I’m grateful for the visual of each exercise and how to correctly do each pose. I enjoy the long stretches towards the end of this session. I am hoping that I can become more flexible with time and that assists with my poor posture.

The pain comes and goes…I’m hoping that these exercises strengthen as well so that hopefully this injury doesn’t keep reoccurring.
Yoga Test Group
Just completed cycle 18 resistance. Love how it incorporates props in the workout. Truly felt my core tested. I have a shorter cycle so I'll watch the next few days to see how my energy levels are.

Hi! I just completed day 1 and 2 (Things were a bit hectic yesterday) I am on day 2 of my bleed. 2 months in a row of it coming at day 26 and terrible pain. So me starting this course now is perfect timing. I’m enjoying the video classes. This is so good for me to slow down. You talk and move slowly and it helps bring me back down. My mind does wander a bit in the lulls and silence- so I appreciate when you keep talking through when I should be breathing.
Yoga test group
Hey everybody, so I've been doing the program for about a week now. And I've got to say that I'm really enjoying it. Thus far, because I'm finding that it's, I'm completely connected to how I'm feeling and how I'm doing that day. Having a program that's designed to follow your cycle is such a brilliant idea, and I don't even know why this hasn't been something that's come up with sooner. Today's practice I did legs and it was a great way to bring in more intense work without weights, and another way to also improve your balance. I'm finding that the program is challenging me and humbling me at times as well.

Good morning from windy Brisbane! I’m new to the group and yet to start…I’m looking forward to learning more about yoga. I may end MIA this week if we lose power ( cyclone coming ) ❤️🙏
