Hey everybody, so I've been doing the program for about a week now. And I've got to say that I'm really enjoying it. Thus far, because I'm finding that it's, I'm completely connected to how I'm feeling and how I'm doing that day. Having a program that's designed to follow your cycle is such a brilliant idea, and I don't even know why this hasn't been something that's come up with sooner. Today's practice I did legs and it was a great way to bring in more intense work without weights, and another way to also improve your balance. I'm finding that the program is challenging me and humbling me at times as well.
