Menopause Symptoms and Crazy Cycle in my head.
Idk how women do this without medication. The pharmacy has been out of my progesterone and previously my estradiol for weeks, my rx is a week late on the progesterone this time. I’ve lost all contact with my center, peace, calm, etc. All I wanna do is run away but I can’t run away from myself. I’m still miserably here chasing my family away, irritating everyone around me… I sit here crying because last night I spent the evening complaining and being annoyed by their presence. I hate the way I’ve been treating them. It’s me I really don’t like. I remember feeling this way before meditation and not knowing it was possible to feel better. If you pray, pray for me… otherwise, I’ll take any advice for getting through the next 36 hours without it until it arrives.

@Charlotte Allen I have not! Definitely one I will add to my reading list. I’ve been pushing up the dial on my fat for sure. Growing up in the 80’s and early 90’s didn’t help me at all with the “low fat movement” but I definitely am the “gotta fry that in bacon grease” girl since learning of the good fat’s benefits. I also get SO FRUSTRATED with my cardiologist every time I have to see her and she starts spouting off about how fats lead to more heart disease. I just wanna yell BS & run out the door! This time, I’m going to be throwing some lab work “in her face” so to day to show her she should’ve been checking hormones with those lipid labs! It makes such a difference. Off to go make brunch with lots of fat! :-) Enjoy your day everyone! Happy Mother’s Day to the ladies and dad-mom’s on here.

@Andrew Brooks it’s definitely helping for overall body health. I took the Function lab tests and was pleasantly impressed with it that what I’ve been doing has been making changes overall!

I was unable to be at all of it, but definitely worth it. It affirmed that I am on the right track with so much that I’m already doing and to continue. There are a few more things I’d like to get as money loosens around here and it becomes freer to invest.

@Chelsea Kallis as far as my sleep is concerned, I feel much better… like I’m missing out on my kids, but I have more energy for my awake hours. My kids are night owls, I’m hoping they are turning in earlier too, because I am.

Sunday April-12-2026 I am growing in meaningful ways. I can keep healthy boundaries in place. I am becoming more relaxed in my approach to life. My choices open up new opportunities in my life. I am simply living in the moment. I take a few moments to become still before responding to others. I am in a joyous state. Happiness is a way of life for me. I am excelling at my purpose.
