I’ve been prepping chicken in the crockpot and shredding it. Then I use it in different ways throughout the week! I also roast a bunch of veggies (Brussel sprouts this week) and sweet potatoes!

@Daniel Pearson I love strength training (upper body) because I feel so strong and energetic afterwards! Mobility is quickly becoming a favorite - it allows me to slow down and stretch it all out for a better recovery!
