Yes! Did my least favorite workout... cardio. Ended up with a good sweat. Proud of myself for being uncomfortable all the way to completion. Strength circuits the rest of the week, though. Lol
Sunday Goal setting
As we move into November and the Holiday season I know that it can be difficult to stay on track. What are your main focus points to keep you aligned with your goals in this season?

The holiday season will not set back my progress! I am determined to stay strong and keep focus. I have a mantra I keep reminding myself of every time my brain tells me not to do a workout and to eat way off track... "Beach bodies are made in winter"

Ideally! But I think it's easier during the swimsuit season, lol. Hoping this little reminder will ensure all mine still fit in 6 to 8 months
