@Connor Benham Honestly, I've buried my head in the sand and let the coconuts rot. I feel hopelessly lost with it with no idea what to do, so I've pretended this whole idea and the piles of coconuts and boxes I've decamped to the garage so I can't see them don't exist. Not very helpful I know, but that's where my head's been for the last 3 weeks. If I write a sales letter which even slightly mentions money, pensions, investments, planning or advice, then I have to use headed paper with regulatory disclosures. If I saw that in the envelope, it would go straight in the bin no matter the quality of the message. So I tried to craft something that wetted the appetite without breaching the compliance line, enough to entice a reader to scan the QR code which then gives me data and something I can follow up on LinkedIn or similar. It's a very tricky balancing act. Perhaps I should put a postcard in the box on top, a congratulations note with the puns etc.. in it, my photo but no mention of my industry so clean from a compliance pov. Underneath that is an envelope with a 21x headline which when opened contains a headed paper sales letter along the lines of this webpage where the letter QR code directs to: www.somersetwm.co.uk/bcorp I'm going to ditch the whole thing if I don't make progress in the next 2 weeks, but I can't make tomorrow's call unfortunately. Hopefully there'll be some discussion about my dilemma and some solutions to help me progress it which I can review on the recording??
