⭐ The State of AEO 10/23 - The UGC Shortcut to AI!
How do you get quick wins in AI while building a long-term, defensible brand? Our latest call tackled this from two powerful angles. We got a live tactical playbook for getting cited by AI today by leveraging the platforms it already trusts. Here’s your key information to get caught up: 📼- Here's your Call Recording 🖥️- Here's the Slide Deck 📃- Here's your Detailed Call Summary Key Takeaways The game is no longer about getting a click; it's about being the answer. This requires strategy: Broadcasting your expertise for immediate visibility leveraging high authority platforms that AI loves to cite. 1. The Immediate Shortcut: Master UGCWhile you build your long-term hub, you can get cited by AI now. The fastest way is to publish on the high-authority User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms that AI models are already scraping for fresh, real-time answers. - Why UGC?: It allows you to "borrow" the authority of massive platforms like YouTube and Reddit, getting you into the AI ecosystem much faster than relying on your own site alone. - The Two-Tiered Playbook: 2. YouTube is Your Content EngineThe single most powerful platform for AEO is YouTube. A single, well-structured video can fuel your entire content strategy. - AI Reads Transcripts: AI doesn’t just see your title; it deeply understands the content of your video transcript. This is a massive opportunity to be cited for your specific knowledge. - The Pillar & The Splinters: Create one long-form "pillar" video on YouTube, then use AI tools to repurpose it into dozens of clips, posts, and articles for every other platform. Your Call to Action: Build and Broadcast It's time to put these strategies into motion. Here are your immediate next steps:

@Kasim Aslam Nah, not an ultimate fail lol. The tool looks pretty cool and runs quickly, I ran it on a few websites to get a feel for the differences and it ran pretty slick. I haven't dissected what it all means yet due to a time constraint but @Julian Lopez has some good thoughts above! My site needs a good deal of work (front and back end). I wasn't trying to poke anybody's eye out (especially knowing all the gaps in my sites!) - I was actually assuming the progression of the build is: getting it to work as good as possible (complete but never ending), get feedback (in progress), build out the solutions people could opt in for (in progress), and adjust and then optimize the site for the masses (on deck). @Victoria Bradjan
