WOTD - Original Grain
Riding around with the Original Grain on the wrist today. An action-packed day today, full of errands and chores that I need to get done and a night of college football to wrap up the day.

Great looking watch I really like their watches. I have one i haven't found an opportunity to wear it yet and then lost my favoirte one by them in a move a few months back.
My only SWISS time peace for now. EDOX.
Once, I was searching for my first Swiss watch. I needed a renowned brand with military-relatedĀ history 100+ years, pure Swiss production, and not overvalued by hype. And I found EDOX. This is the 70s Skydiver edition. The finishing of the watch is so good that the camera can't focus, no matter how I try. Precision and quality are just insane. Sapphire glass, chronometer, screw-down crowns. Crazy part of the history that they are only twice as expensive then my SEIKO but I bet 5 times better. Got them new for only 500 USD (from the gray market of course).
My only SWISS time peace for now. EDOX.

My happy watch
@Antonio O. Centeno gifted me this awesome Borealis watch last year. Today is my 4th day wearing it. The last three days was for my fly fishing trip. Today I hope to get out to the sail boat as soon as the rain stops. Every time I go to the boat this is my grab it! It has become to mean happiness to me. I am so grateful to Antonio for letting it go. It is bringing me pure joy and when it goes on - smiles follow šŸ™‚

Thats a really nice watch i like the color combo
What Watch to Wear
How does everyone determine which watch you are going to wear today? I personally chose a watch based on what I’m going to wear especially when I want my watch strap to match the colors of my belt and shoes.

For the Wrist… or the Heart and the Shelf?
Some watches are bought for the wrist—meant to be worn, used, and trusted. Others? They’re for the heart and the shelf. I keep coming back to brands like Grand Seiko and Credor. The polishing is immaculate, the dials are art, and the heritage is rich. I adore them. But when I look at what I actually wear, day after day, it’s rugged tool watches heritage — brushed steel watches. So I ask myself: do I love the watch, or the idea of the brand? Sometimes, a piece ends up more admired than worn—more a symbol of appreciation than a companion on the wrist. What about you? Do your favorite watches live on your wrist—or in your heart and on the shelf?

@Robert Meyers this is something i think most deal with. Kinda like cars some are a daliy driver, others are a special occasion. They all serve a purpose and i think thats what makes it so fun to collect watches and cars as well.
