Day #2 — Militado ML05 38mm VH31 Quartz Field Watch
Happy Saturday! It was hard to take this one off last night. Every time my eyes happened to catch a glance of this on my wrist yesterday it was "Full stop. I have to look at this for a minute." Loving this new one! My camera tends to wash out the colors on this, so tried to darken it a bit to more closely reflect the true dial richness, because the Amazon listing photo does not do it justice, either.. Best wishes for a beautiful and safe weekend! 😎

Fun stop by and a show down with the devil
I do a lot of work with a trust attorney and down the hall is my horologist so I like to drop by and peruse the used watches he has. Two really cool wristwatches this time. A gold plated 1959 w 23 jewel Hamilton and a watch brand from the early 1960’s called Baylor. Baylor was a marketing name by Zales. But the watch was made by Heuer which in 1985 became Tag Heuer. Cool story. The Hamilton was about $389.00 and the Heuer made Baylor was about $359.00. I thought about it but my little Dave Ramsey angel beat the me want-it-now devil on the other shoulder. I just bought two new trousers and a tweed sportcoat a week ago. Discipline double O SHheven-DisHhhhcipline

MK 1 war watch out for the day. I switch the nato to this leather strap that came in the Preasidus Watch won recently. I like it better that the stiff nylon NATO.

Tanning Thursday
Wearing the Boldr Odyssey with handmade Ostrich strap going with multi-colored houndstooth blazer and forest green t-neck for workshop I'm facilitating on client service excellence (internally focused), where the "clients" are the Advisors, Assts, Mgrs in the field. Check out the caseback and lume on this beauty. It came with two additional straps from the seller. Silicone rubber and leather. Odyssey Coral Brown 2.0, a robust dive watch produced as a limited edition of 100 pieces. (This is #22) Key Specifications - Case: 45.5mm aged stainless steel body with a 120-click unidirectional bezel. - Movement: Swiss automatic Sellita SW200-1 movement with a 38-hour power reserve. - Water Resistance: Rated for 50 ATM (500 meters / 1650 feet) and features a helium escape valve. - Dial: Features a brown sunburst dial with a date window at the 6 o'clock position and Old Radium Super-LumiNova for low-light visibility. - Crystal: Domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. I didn't capture the sunburst very well, but it's like looking at root beer on a summer day in the sunshine. Have a terrific Thursday

@Scott Critchfield so cool. Great band but the chocolate dial and the pattern on the back are equally impressive.
