Hi Mike, Loved reading everyone’s comments 🙏 1. I commit to doing the breathing stretches every day for 25 minutes 2. I commit to getting outside for 30 minutes each morning - even in the rain 3. I commit to starting my day with a meditation and 10 minutes of wim Hof breathing 4. I commit to using the relaxator for 10 minutes when replying to emails 5. I commit to moving the body every day Hope everyone’s having a great week so far 🙏💪
