Working in the tourism industry, my travel agency business crumbled overnight when everything locked down. It was a tough time—I lost everything, racked up debt, and had a family to support. But you know what they say—when you're at your lowest, there's nowhere to go but up! One day, a friend suggested, "Hey Nic, why not try creating an online business?" I laughed it off at first—I was a total newbie when it came to computers and the internet. But then I thought, "What do I have to lose?" So, I decided to give it my all. That decision kickstarted my digital entrepreneur journey. I dove headfirst into the world of online business, devouring YouTube videos and Google searches like there was no tomorrow. My routine became intense—studying from 9 PM to 3 AM, then implementing what I learned the next day from 9 AM to 8 PM. It wasn't about being a workaholic; it was about investing everything I had into this new path. The hard work paid off when I launched my first coaching program. It was a hit! Soon, people started approaching me for help with their own programs. Fast forward to today, and I'm running a coaching business agency in Hong Kong. We've helped over 45 coaches build their businesses, and I've got an awesome team of 8+ full-time marketers and 40+ closers working with our clients. Now, some might look at this and say, "Wow, you've made it!" But honestly? I still feel like that eager learner from five years ago. I'm constantly soaking up knowledge from everyone around me and putting it into action right away. During my journey to achieving 4 x 2cc, I discovered the formula for digital selling. It's all about: 【Traffic + Conversion + Close】 - Traffic: Optimize by creating scroll-stopping ads and sales messages to get people to "click". It's about how many people you can get to your funnel. - Conversion: Optimize every page's conversion rate in your sales funnel. Lead your audience from "interested" to "desire" through your pages. Improve your copy, adjust page colors, and rearrange sections to create urgency and needs for your audience, especially when they only have 5 seconds of attention on your funnel. - Close: Ensure the closing stage isn't just happening on your order page, VSL page, or phone call. The "pre-call stage" is already working for you. This means you start selling to your audience in ads, organic content, and your funnel, turning them from "Who are you? / What can you do for me? / How much is it?" into "I know you. I need you. I trust you." in the final stage.
