How much money does it cost to test an offer?
Hi, the question is very simple. - I make $2,000/mo as a media buyer on Upwork, - working 10 hours a week. - My Cost of living is $300/mo, and if i want to have fun, $700/mo (south america) I think im going to get fired of my job, idk idc. I can get another. I've automatized most of my manual labor in marketing, just with voice commands i can: - bulk upload/edit ads - brief editors - and even built a bot on my VPS that will monitor KPIs of my clients, and notify if there's an anomaly My question is, should i keep scaling for better clients on upwork? I only have 1 upwork client (agency), where i manage 10 accounts. Or when is it a good time to start running an independent offer. And how to go about it? I kinda feel stuck. I want to go to the next level, but Im doing nothing that make the boat go faster. Eventually, i want to sell while i sleep xd Kinda a stupid question, what would you tell someone who hasnt started yet?
My first Micro Offer might be a Claude Code + Meta Ads guide.
I'm at the point where I've automatized most of my manual labor as a media buyer, where just with a voice command, i can: - Bulk upload ads from any folder - Bulk edit ads (copy, lead form, url destination, etc) - Bulk create anything (campaigns, ad sets, retargeting campaigns with SOPs) - brief editors and i dont use an interface other than my voice. i dont even have to enter in my ads manager, or clickup chat if i dont want to. It's so sick. And many people could benefit with that. I also have more ideas, but yeah, just wanted to express one of them. Would love to run my own offer. I've followed @Zac Hansen since 2023, and it's now that i feel like i want to give it a try. But I need to define where to start. I'd say 1. create ad concepts 2. run them, see what picks interest 3. run a live, or deliverable thoughs?

Questions About Using AI To Launch Offers and Get Clients?
I believe a lot of AI education out there looks and sounds cool but is complete nonsense and is ultimately uselsss. Hermes, Manus, Open Claw and all these complex workflows often cause us to work harder, not less. Same with Obsidian demos that are actually horrific to use with AI (those big web things where all these notes are connected ). So I'm planning either a workshop or 4 week sprint on using AI to get buyers and clients easier and faster than ever before. But before I build something nobody wants...what would you LOVE AI to be able to do for you? Or what have you tried to get AI to do...but it absolutely sucks at it? Nothing is off the table

not related, but I really like your post formats on skool. Most skool admins just use it just to notify of content on their other platforms. but this email like format, or simple conversations. is nice to read, and i love how you run your community

that's so nice!!! @Max Omar is this the offer you had problems some months ago, with $130 CPM?
High CPM, Next Step?
CPM is $130+ targeting for Tier 1 countries and getting a sale a day (still validating, 4 sales so far), CTR is 2.7% average, should I be worried about the CPM and add new creatives? And i noticed my best is just a sale a day, should I run it longer or increase budget to get more sales? Need your advice @Zac Hansen

hey @Max Omar idk if you still have that problem. but if your CPA justifies your Profit and LTV, it shouldnt be a worry. but if it's not, it comes down to creative strategy, and making a creative sequence of Top of funnel, until botttom of funnel
