When The Offer Bombs ๐Ÿ‘Ž
Somethings offers don't go according to plan. We have an idea, and test our hypothesis. And it doesn't work! However, it's what to do when this happens that makes all the difference. The worst times in my journey was when I let ego get in the way when this happens... Dangerous. I would keep beating a dead horse even though people just flat out didn't want it. Now, I realized that offers are never about me... They're about you, the client! If your audience ain't buying it's because the offer is not something they want. And that's what's happening with this most recent launch. Looking at the doc again for a moment this morning can already see why: - Too many moving parts - Big claim you've heard over and over again - Looks like just a group coaching program which most people have a bad taste in their mouth about (because most of them suck and you never actually get your question answered) So I thought back to my favourite offer that I've ever deployed that lead to the best client results. Like: Ariel walking away with a multi 5 figure (probably 6 figure now) offer for her agency Pedro launching a brand new offer (with no social following) being ROAS positive on the front end Chris breaking even and getting a 3K client from it Daniel getting 2X ROAS days and losing 12KG from no longer being financially stressed. Meenakshi getting 10X days And the wild thing with this offer? The success rate of people who launched this and started getting buyers is around 90%. Some people took the offer and never launched it which is unfortunately out of my control until AI lets me turn into a robot and come to their house + refuse to leave until it's live... ...but I can only do so much ๐Ÿ˜‚ I'll be rewriting the doc for this tomorrow. Solo Business Freedom
The only way you can achieve true business freedom is through some form of leverage. Without leverage you have to spend time doing the thing in order to get the result. Example: If I was cold calling to get clients I would be making 60-80 calls per day. Unless I hired someone and trained them to do that job creating leverage through labour I would still be doing that thing. My choice of leverage is Leverage Through Offers Take today for example... Beauty of a Saturday. Out with the kids all day, feasting on sushi and hoping around town. And when I check the ads across our accounts we've made 1500ish in sales. Just out on the town. Every problem is simply an offer problem. Not enough freedom = not enough daily buyers & leads Not enough cash = not enough clients. High CPM, Next Step?
CPM is $130+ targeting for Tier 1 countries and getting a sale a day (still validating, 4 sales so far), CTR is 2.7% average, should I be worried about the CPM and add new creatives? And i noticed my best is just a sale a day, should I run it longer or increase budget to get more sales? Need your advice @Zac Hansen

Weekly update
Partner offer is still cranking 1K/day in ad spend. Interesting to see worldwide targeting is failing us and getting us worse traffic than ever before. Be mindful if you're testing worldwide. A big insight during this process of running up ads compared to what I've previously done... ...worldwide ads are not working nearly as well. For my campaigns I would always literally just turn worldwide on and it would work better every time once we had significant pixel data. For this offer they bomb every single time. I'm not sure if that's because of the offer itself or it's the change in the algorithm but whatever it is, good to be careful of. Currently just targeting four or five countries plus all of Europe and that seems to be working. Currently working on two SaaS apps. First is a new version of the AI Library for The Productized Coach. And the second is a platform for our partner so we can make the offer more "DFY" and less reliant on the expert plus makes the offer 10X better. New 1-on-1 client lost a high 6 figure amount last year from ads, agencies and sales teams... ...also drained his soul of passion in his business. He was completely disconnected. So we dug deep and made a new offer he's 10X more passionate about that's focused on a major trend in the market that major competitors aren't covering... ...and he is now LOVING it! Enrolled 3 new clients off an initial launch and I bet he'll get to 10 before the offer closes down. All without overpaying for a sales team and dropping a mil booking calls. Finishing up the new version of Sell While You Sleep 2.0. Long overdue. My previous attempts to create it just weren't sitting right. Figured out why and now getting the team to deploy page next week then creating the assets. Plus just learning a TON (Claude Skills, Claude Code, Comparing ROASPY and Hyros attribution etc). But enough about me... I'm going to be recording more YT content and having a lot more workshops. So...anything you're struggling with?

@Isabelle Mourad have you tried worldwide ads again? Im testing it and results are disappointing so far.. what countries are you targeting now?
2 Adsets or 1?
Im testing a new offer with a new pixel for my offer at $25/day. In the Evergreen Ads course, it was mentioned that I should have 1 broad and 1 narrow adset for $150 validation campaign. Since this is a new offer/pixel, should i stick to the narrow adset or just do 2 adsets as per the courseโ€™s instructions.
