Liver dysfunction
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had problems with liver dysfunction during their treatment. Dad has been on fenbendazole (222mg, 6 days a week) and ivermectin (1mg/kg) for six weeks with no issues. Started pembrolizumab/carboplatin 10 days ago and today had a blood test showing liver dysfunction with ALT around 1000, up from 40 2 weeks prior. The doctors are thinking it's autoimmune from the pembro, and treating as such. Anyone had liver function go off to that degree with fenben? Thanks

@Gwen Johnson did you try to cut fatty acid fuel? Recently, thx to Bernardo I started to explore Jane McLelland approach, and for ER+ breast cancer this line need to be cut. One of the way is using Statin as repurposed medication and supplements such as, EGCG (Green tea extract), curcumin, berberine, resveratrol, and omega-3, but of course check it with all other medication if she could take it. I am researching that for my mom which has advance breast cancer with skin metastasis. Hers change also from TNBC into ER+. Recently the blood test showed increasing cholesterol, and I am pretty sure that her cancer cells use it to grow so we will try soon to cut fatty acid line. She is also on Ivermectin 48mg, Fenbedazol 888 mg and Turkey Tail 5 g per day, and we managed to slow down a bit progressions. However, she is around 1 and half month on protocol and we will now more in December after CT scan. Hope this helps!
Mebendazole 500 mg
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice and reliable information. My mom has stage 4 breast cancer, and I’ve been having a lot of difficulty finding a trustworthy source for Mebendazole 500 mg that can deliver to Croatia, Portugal, France or UK. Has anyone here ordered from Ezra Healing (they sell Mebendazole 500 mg under the name Vitamin M)? I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has had experience with them — or if you could recommend another reliable source. Any advice or guidance would mean a lot. Thank you so much in advance for your help and support. 💛

@Jeffrey Pitts for what I know it depends on the stage of the cancer, not body weight (as for example is case in Ivermectin). Dr. Makis prescribed for my mom advanced breast cancer with skin metastasis 1000 mg of Mebedazol per day. I hope this answer helps!
Dr John Campbell - Turkey Tail for cancer
Look at this page https://www.iwmushrooms.co.uk/product/turkey-tail-dual-extract-tincture/ Here is a story of a chap curing his kidney cancer with turkey tail. https://youtu.be/2cQH5V2pToE

@Maggie Maggie my mom is also on Turkey Tail from the middle of August, we reached 5 g per day slowly. I need to admit that she feels overall much better, more energetic and her appetite increased enormously. Honestly, I think it helps a lot in her case. We are ordering from UK producer: https://antioxi-supplements.com/products/turkey-tail-mushroom
Seeking Experiences: ER+ Breast Cancer with Skin Metastases & Repurposed Meds
Hi everyone, I wanted to share a bit about my mom’s journey and ask if anyone has experience with a similar combination. My mom has ER+ (estrogen receptor positive) breast cancer with skin metastases, which unfortunately has become resistant to all hormonal therapies. Because she also has heart failure, her oncologists are not in favor of chemotherapy, so we decided to go in the direction of repurposed medications. We introduced Ivermectin very slowly and have now reached a dose of 48 mg per day. More recently, we added Fenbendazole (888 mg per day). Before that, she was taking Mebendazole, which we gradually increased up to 700 mg per day, but we lost our supply. In the meantime, we also started Turkey Tail mushroom extract, and she’s now at 5 g per day. I’d love to know if anyone here, especially those dealing with ER+ breast cancer with skin metastases, has experience with a similar combination (Ivermectin + Fenbendazole or Mebendazole + Turkey Tail), and what your outcomes or observations have been in terms of tolerance or results. Thank you so much for sharing and supporting one another 💛.

@Bernardo Henriques Thank you so much for your thoughtful message 💛 I’m familiar with some of the metabolic approaches you mentioned, but the main challenge in my mum’s case is her other diagnoses, advanced heart failure and diabetes, which limit what we can safely try. For instance, I can’t give her Artemisia or Curcumin because of her blood thinners, and due to dysphagia, we’re also restricted when it comes to food options. I have to admit though, since starting Turkey Tail she’s had a much better appetite and noticeably more energy, which has been such a positive change. I’m not familiar with Jane McLelland’s Metro Map, but it sounds interesting, I’ll definitely look into it. Thanks again for your kind words and encouragement, it really means a lot.
