basically i have scoliosis, which means my back is curved n stuff and my curve has been getting worse its at 35 degree curvature and when you get to 50 degree you need surgery. but basically to prevent it from getting worse, my doctor recommended a brace. so i just got the brace today and i have to wear it for at least 18 hours a day until i stop growing. and well im 14 and haven’t had my first period yet which means ill probably never grow so ill probably be in a stupid brace for the rest of my life or smthing which probaly means ill never be able to dance again and i cant become an idol , so goodbye

practise footwork only: DONE(badly) im terrible at footwork i tried like 20 times and it all looked the same so i had to do slowed down so i hope that counts

I don't really have a good place with a mirror at home to practice so i practice without a mirror but it's annoying that i can't see myself unless i film so i always have to film myself and i can't get a big mirror and put it somewhere does anyone have tips or ideas on how to handle this? I do have a mirror btw but it's inconvient cause it's to small.
