Vagus Nerve Coach-In-Training Starts Monday July 20th
Make sure you add this coming week to your Calendar ! https://www.skool.com/vagus/calendar?eid=7a461d58f554477f862e06ca70374c63 Hey gang, everybody in the Vagus School: So, due to me accidentally scheduling the event in the V A G U S group rather than the Ultra group ( oops ! ) We will be holding a week-long workshop for people who specifically either already are in health coaching, wellness coaching, or want to explore what that career path would be like. This is all based off of my seven plus years of one-to-one coaching and my very successful trek in exploring what it really takes to help someone go from point A to point B in critical areas of their health related to their autonomic nervous system, including their vagus nerve, their sympathetic nervous system, neurological health, etc. Using tools like Ultrasound, which all of you know, ultrasound is my favorite tool to use. So, again, if you are a coach in health and wellness, or you are considering a career change or a specialization change, and you would like to learn about ultrasound vagus nerve stimulation and how that makes you an incredible coach: Then you are formally invited to join us next week for any of the days that seem up your alley. No account required. Free to join. We'll be going live in this group. And people from the Ultra School will also be joining in and watching us as well. I'll be giving away systems and methods and training and all kinds of stuff. I'm really stoked for it. Some people might be thinking, what's in it for me? As in, what's Sterling gaining from this? Well, I get asked all the time, hey, Sterling, can I jump on a one-to-one call with you? Can you be my coach? Can you help me? I have questions. And the answer is: I don't have enough time. I'm only one guy. And if I've learned anything in this world, is that if you want to make something real and scale it so that more people can benefit, because why keep the secret of ultrasound a secret?

@Sterling Cooley Will they be recorded? I only ask because I can't get out of having to drive to Atlanta Monday. Will definitely be tuning in the rest of the week.

First Experience with Ultrasound on Vagus nerve and Temple—02/28/2026
I finally got to try out the US Pro 2000 second edition. The results I was hoping for from using this device were to help give my brain a tune-up of sorts—improved memory and word recall. I am also hoping it will help my mother with her mixed-dementia. I used it on my left vagus nerve using the instructional video from Sterling. I gently moved it up and down the vagus nerve for 5 minutes and experienced.... a whole lot of nothing! Lol. Ok, stay with me here. I then bumped it up to medium and did it for 5 more minutes. At least this time I could hear a bit of high-pitched buzzing in my ears. Then, I used it on my temple per how Stuart Hameroff talks about in his Danny Jones podcast here: https://tinyurl.com/487vxcca Anyway, it kind of felt like my brain was being massaged. It felt really good. After between 5-10 minutes of that, I put the device away and started my bedtime routine. At this point, I was feeling SO relaxed, and my brain was silent, with the exception of a song playing in my head that my brain likes to do. I also noticed the volume of my tinnitus had become extremely low; almost imperceptible. It was weird hearing close-to silence in longer than I can remember. The next day, I felt like I'd gotten a fantastic night's sleep. I was even still in the same position as I had fallen asleep in. This was unexpected. As I began going through my wake-up routine, I realized my brain was still incredibly silent, and I still felt very calm. On top of that, from a mental health perspective, I feel fantastic! I feel really good! I've been living with anxiety and depression for decades, so the before and after is quite stark. I feel so good! Anyways, I know I kind of threw out Sterling's guidance about using it for only 5 minutes per day on the left vagus only for.... 2 weeks to start, was it? I can be kind of a maverick that way. And I know this is only anecdotal and possibly a good deal of placebo injected in because I was really excited about trying it. But, I am so encouraged by the results so far!

@Sterling Cooley Of course I'm not asking for medical advice lol, but was curious if you've heard of any studies or testimonials with that particular demographic. I would think that the calming of anxiety that comes with the anti-inflammatory effects could be beneficial for him. Either way, it's all very fascinating.

@Sterling Cooley you bring up a great point; there's nothing stronger than mindset. Belief is a powerful thing. I appreciate your input.

Hi all! I initially found you on X; one of your recent posts landed in my feed. Fascinating subject that aligns with where I currently am. So thank you for getting this information out there. I don't have any experience with the vagus nerve other than vasovagal syncope. Fun times! I feel like it controls the body like a marionette. lol So I'm here to learn and put that into practice.
