Every morning I write down three things I'm grateful for. I've been doing this for a while now, and by writing them down daily, I realize the good things in my life, even if they're sometimes just the little things we usually take for granted or ignore. Being grateful every day brings inner peace and happiness.
Our body keeps the score!
Every habit, every stress, every late night, every workout… your body remembers it. Not to punish you, but to show you how you’re living. Fueling your body with real food and moving it daily isn’t about aesthetics — it’s about giving your system what it needs to heal, regulate, and perform. When you eat well, sleep well, and move often, your body keeps a better score: more energy, better moods, clearer thinking, stronger boundaries, and a healthier you. This week I've gone outside for at least 10 minutes every day for a short walk. This calms my mind, and after a week it already feels so good that I know I want to make it a regular part of my daily routine.
