What’s ONE thing you did this week that moved you forward? It doesn’t matter how small it feels — a tiny action is still progress. Maybe you had a tough conversation, cooked a healthy meal, went for a walk, journaled, said “no” to something that drained you, or simply took a deep breath when you normally wouldn’t have. @Lydia Pogo whatever feels best for you but I must say a clean cut helped me to move forward. Not easy but was necessary for me to move on and find myself again. Focus on me, my needs and creating my own life without the attachment. Let us know how it goes and if you have any questions. You got this!

@Lydia Pogo I understand. That is very thoughtful of the both of you. You will find the right way to make things work for you. One step at a time and if it doesn’t work the way you both planned it then I hope you are in good terms and can talk about a different plan. Clear communication is so important while figuring out what is next.

@Lydia Pogo I love that. I feel like with everything in life it’s about the consistency. We have to show up daily with good intentions and this will attract the right people into our lives. Community happens when people feel safe, seen and supported :)

@Lydia Pogo we attract who we are ☺️
5 Simple Steps to Start Your Day
1. Hydrate Before Anything Else Drink a full glass of water as soon as you wake up. It boosts digestion, wakes up your system, and helps with mental clarity. 2. Move Your Body for 5–10 Minutes You don’t need a full workout — just get your blood flowing. Options: stretching, a quick mobility flow, a walk, or a few body-weight exercises. Movement first thing sets the tone for the day. 3. Eat a Real Breakfast (Protein First) Choose whole foods and prioritize protein. It stabilizes your blood sugar, improves mood, and boosts metabolism. Examples: eggs & avocado, Greek yogurt bowl, protein smoothie. 4. Set One Intention for the Day Not a to-do list — a feeling or energy you want to embody. “I want to show up with calm,” or “I want to be focused and grounded.” 5. Limit Your Phone for the First 30 Minutes Give your nervous system a moment to wake up naturally. No notifications, no scrolling, no stress-spikes. Which of these would you implement tomorrow? ☺️

How to Say “No” Without Feeling Guilty
Most people don’t struggle with saying no — they struggle with feeling like they’re allowed to say it. Here’s how to make “NO” a normal, healthy part of your life: 1. Give Yourself Permission You’re not rude. You’re not selfish. You’re protecting your time, your peace, and your future self. 2. Use Clear Language Skip the long explanations. Try: - “That doesn’t work for me.” - “I can’t commit to that right now.” - “Thank you for thinking of me, but I’ll pass.” Short. Direct. Respectful. 3. Replace Guilt With Alignment Whenever you feel guilty, ask yourself: “If I say yes to this, what am I saying no to?” Your health? Your goals? Your downtime? Your healing? Remember: every YES has a cost. 👉🏼 What I want to know this week: Where in your life do you need to start saying “no” more often? Drop it below 👇 and let’s talk about how to set boundaries with confidence.

@Lydia Pogo We love to over explain things. It’s passed down from generation it seems. A “no” is totally enough, no explanation needed. It’s not that our friends will like us less and if it’s a stranger or coworker we shouldn’t care as much :)

@Anita Riedl how is that book? I read the book attached, also super interesting. Summer on a lake sounds perfect.
