Back To The Grind
Back from "vacation" in Puerto Rico, and damn I am feeling good. Gave my body a much needed break but stayed active there with well over 10k steps each day and tried out Paddle, the tennis/racquetball concept and that shit was fun as fuck. They are building a warehouse for it in Tampa area that I will be regularly going. Anti Pickle, Paddle Club Incoming. Ask @John Bonilla if he is ok after a gentleman's game 💥 New program is running solid on my end, down almost 2% bodyfat in 3 weeks without losing any muscle. Another 2-3% to go then it's all power focused for the summer months. If you need an actual program to follow please reach out. If You Need It All it takes is one good season of getting after it and realizing that moving this meat machine with authority is a fucking high. Nothing makes me more proud of my old ass (35) self than doing way more now than I could in my 20s. In my prime. I'm very much here for it. What is something that's been holding you back from just going all in and accomplishing it? If you say cookies your a twat. I eat big ass chocolate chunks weekly

Zercher Squats
Why? A SOLID addition to any leg day. Zercher strength IMMEDIATELY translates to real world strength. Think about every time you've helped someone move. Think about any time you had to lift something heavy into the car. That's a zercher. Front loaded to save the spine and overload the quads while making your brace your core and engage your back to manage the load. Add these to your leg Days or back days (do them first). Use a barbell pad (🙀y) if you need to 135/10 here - 3 Sets
