Very helpful session, thanks @Dawid Hanak for the session.
What’s your core research area?
Many of you are here to network but we don’t often know who is doing what - let’s change this: In a few words, please explain what is your core research area. Enjoy!

Researcher and author on AI literacy and sustainability, how artificial intelligence is affecting human oversight, higher education and businesses.
What are your thoughts on use of AI for academic publications and training materials
AI is here to stay, whether we like it or not. I feel that we leave something out by using AI to do everything - we're losing the human creativity and uniqueness. But on the other hand, pressing deadlines and piling amount of work forces us to think how we can be more productive - and AI can help with that. So what are your thoughts?

I think AI is an incredibly useful assistant in academia — it can help clarify language, speed up literature searches, and support the creation of clear training materials. For early-career researchers or non-native English speakers, this can make a real difference in accessibility and efficiency. At the same time, we still need strong ethical guidelines and transparency about how AI is used, and the core intellectual work — the ideas, interpretations, and scientific rigor — must come from the researcher. Used responsibly, AI can augment our creativity and productivity without undermining academic integrity.

300 members! Thank you for joining [and let's grow further]
The community has grown to 300 members. Thank you! I'm glad to see the impact we're making here based on the discussions and engagements we had. But I don't want to stop here. My ambition is to make it the 'go-to' community for researchers and academics! Yes, you have to dream too big sometimes :) But I cannot do this alone and need your help. In one of the earlier posts, I mentioned that I'll do the paper writing training once the community reaches 1000 members. Because many of you asked for the training already, I'm going to run the training regardless of reaching this goal - consider it a Xmas gift! I'm still looking at dates, most likely the first week of January. I would still appreciate you help in getting the word out about the community. You can do so by: 1. Inviting your colleagues and friends using this link: https://www.skool.com/research-career-club-8446/about 2. Sharing your experience with the community with your networks That's it. I appreciate your support!
