Hello everyone! I’m trying hard to follow the R & R diet. What has worked for you? Receipes you have liked? Snack idea’s? Anything would be very helpful. 💕 thank you.

Hi Stephanie, I’ve aimed to keep things straightforward and manageable, though admittedly somewhat simple. Each week, I focus on preparing a few core meals: one lunch and one dinner (which I’ll have consistently throughout the week), along with a variety of snacks. Mornings are made easier wit the detox smoothie -- my go-to blend is bananas, blueberries, and dragon fruit -- and plenty of water. To keep hydration interesting, I’ll add cucumber, mint, or watermelon. I also brew a large pot of green tea with turmeric and ginger in the morning, which I sip on throughout the day. Staying hydrated has really helped curb my appetite. For snacks, I stick to fresh and simple options: carrots, cucumbers, apples, oranges, watermelon, bananas, and dates. My lunch and dinner meals usually center around a quinoa base with chopped vegetables and tofu; I use a soy-free fava bean tofu (the brand name is Big Mountain), seasoned with various spices. I often prepare a hearty pot of daal using chickpeas, lentils, carrots, and turnips. A personal favorite is a mix of baked organic yams and cooked organic black beans, seasoned to taste. I also add broccoli sprouts and sauerkraut to all of these meals -- it makes the meals more satisfying, but more importantly I do it for their gut-health benefits. I know how challenging it can be to hit a rough patch; I experienced one myself last month. Resetting and sticking to this routine has made a noticeable difference. After a week and a half, I’ve felt increased energy, better sleep, and overall improved well-being -- I know my skin will catch up soon. For me, planning and preparation have been crucial. When meals are prepped and ready, it’s far easier to avoid impulsive, less-healthy choices. The initial effort is well worth the payoff. I hope this helps and offers some encouragement. Keep pushing forward! We’re all in this together, and we will get there!
Hello all!
Well I just got all my supplements and will be starting the protocol fully tomorrow. Any suggestions you found helped when you were starting out that you could share would be appreciated, thanks 🙏 😊

Hi Tasha, I would highly recommend organizing your supplements into daily containers or small bags for morning and evening doses. It's been a big help for me and feels like a lot less that way, rather than taking pills from each bottle every time. I would also recommend doing some meal prep/planning. It's something I started doing -- having a "go-to" lunch and dinner -- and it's made a huge difference. I found myself "cheating" from the recommended food lists from time to time, mainly because I was hungry and not prepared. Being organized has helped a ton!
👋 Welcome to the Natural Skin and Allergy Method
This is your online home for real, root-cause healing — the kind that goes deeper than symptom relief and empowers you to take charge of your skin, allergies, and immune health. Whether you're here for one of our programs or just getting your feet wet, you're in the right place. I created this space because too many people are still stuck in the cycle of suppression — steroid creams, inhalers, elimination diets — with no real understanding of what their body is trying to say. This isn’t that. This is a place for people ready to listen to their body — and do something about it. It's a community for healing, learning, and celebrating the progress (and messiness) of that journey. 💡 A few things to know… 1. Kindness + Curiosity First 2. We're all walking different paths — let’s meet each other with empathy, encouragement, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. 2. No Pressure to Perform This is not a "post or perish" space. You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels good for you — whether that’s watching quietly, asking questions, or chiming in when you're inspired. You won’t get booted for taking a break. 3. Tip Tuesday + Win Wednesday (Optional but Fun) ✨ Tip Tuesday – Got a skincare trick, allergy-friendly food hack, or lifestyle gem that helps you thrive? Share it. 🎉 Win Wednesday – Big or small, your wins matter. Let’s celebrate the real stuff — from finally getting better sleep to a breakout that cleared. 4. Some Programs Are Paid or Invite-Only You might see locked modules or exclusive content. That’s because certain courses and protocols are only available to program members. If you’re curious about joining, just reach out — I’ll point you in the right direction. This is your space. Heal at your own pace, connect when it feels right, and know you’re not alone in this. xo, Dr. Kelly 💻 www.drcmolik.com | 📧 kelly@drcmolik.com | IG: @drkellycmolik

Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a great week! This is my first post for Fantastic Friday! It’s been about a week, and things are going well so far. The herbs are just as bad as Dr. Kelly warned, but if they’re going to help, I’ll keep drinking them all day long if needed. One of the first things I noticed was some quick weight loss — down about 11 lbs since day one. My energy has also improved, and I’m waking up feeling refreshed, no longer struggling to get out of bed at all. While it might be too soon to expect improvements to my skin, I’m staying committed to the process and confident that things will keep improving. Wishing everyone a fantastic weekend ahead! Cheers (with herbs), Nav
