Further teeth eruption.
11/30 Once again my teeth continue to further erupt. Today I woke up (~9:30) with my gums pretty enlarged near some teeth, particularly the premolars. On the afternoon (~5pm) I took some pictures and confirmed I was able to see and feel new parts of my teeth in my mouth. My palate also looks significantly more U-shaped, as my expansion continues. These past few days I've been wearing R2 and toe expanders, only.

@Santiago Figarola just suggesting it because I have both pictures and videos showing change going back a few months. Pretty remarkable. Glhf - and idk about flexy’s personal life issues, I follow him for the strengths he has and what I learn from him on functional mobility :P

@Santiago Figarola make sure you’re engaging the muscles outwards surrounding where you’re massaging. Fascia is less responsive to massaging than pressure and flexión of the adjacent musculature
