Happy Friday all. What plans do we all have for the weekend? I am away to the beach for a couple of days, lots of steps and even more weekend food!

Definitely not motivated at the moment it's dark and cold in the mornings and I'm feeling like a grizzly bear that wants to hibernate and do nothing lol

BAG WORK
If you have access to a punch bag either at home at in your local gym you should use it as often as you can. Bags either heavy or light are a great way to burn calories, practice your skills or just get moving. There's no need to throw powerful punches or swing your arms like crazy simply keep yourself controlled and enjoy the movements.

I followed this and did a quick 15 min session this morning and it was so easy to follow and fit into my tight routine, thanku looking forward to seeing more like this
