Fuelling is always worth going over! Just ideas for marathon race day, especially if not able to stomach gels. How to successfully take on correct amounts of everything during race...I think I underfuel as many do. Also, ideas for meals during marathon training...do we all just go for pasta as a safe bet?! Protein ideas for recovery if we want to eat real foods rather than gimmicks such as protein bars etc!
