🎧Free Training: Sales Call Recording
Want to land clients for $1,500 or more from one Zoom call... ...even if you don’t like selling? In case you missed it last week, here's the deal: Most coaches struggle with sales because they OVER COACH. They want to help the client SO much... They end up giving away too much value during the consultation call... And the client does not buy… …because they think they can do it on their own. Not cool! Worse than that though… …the client will still have their problem! Look... I know some don’t like the word “sales” – I get it! But the truth is, as a coach or consultant? Selling your coaching is the best thing you can do for a client. Let me say that again: Selling your coaching is the best thing you can do for a client! And you simply CANNOT fix your client’s problem in one 60-minute session. If your client is going to fix their problem, they will need to buy your service. Because transformation takes time and effort. And they need your support to fix their problem. Make sense? So... > How can you deliver just enough value on the call, so the client wants to pay you $1,500 or more to immediately get started? > What should you say (and not say) to the client to get them eager to work with you? > And how do you smoothly transition into taking payment, without coming off as desperate for the sale? Don’t worry… I’ve got your back :-) In case you missed it last week, if you would like to hear a real example of how to do a sales call without over-coaching… Comment below with “SALES CALL” And we’ll send you a recording of me reviewing a sales call by my Business Partner Dave, so you can hear a real-life example. Once you hear this real-life example... You'll know how to run a consultation session which ends with you getting a new client… …and a paid invoice of $1,500 or more. Comment below “SALES CALL” And we’ll shoot you the recording right away. Let's goooo!

Exact steps for Certification Process -UPDATED
Many have contacted me asking how to complete this process, so I thought I would lay it out here, step-by-step, in hopes it might help everyone. Ed has created a video outlining the steps, which I will summarize below https://www.skool.com/lifecoachcertificationfree/classroom/8ba4b069?md=023fc73b2bb14a25ba0bb47e14264f32. Here are THE STEPS: Send an email to 'Ed@championacademy.co.uk" containing the following: (since it is highly unlikely that you will be able to send your video via email due to size restrictions, I suggest creating a Google folder, adding these items there, and then sending the link to that folder). 1. A recording of ONE of your coaching sessions: (NOTE: This can be a video or audio - they are evaluating your coaching skills, which come through your language. There is no requirement on length - whether it's 30 minutes or 90 minutes does not matter). UPDATE: If your primary language is something OTHER than English, contact Ed's team at the email above to inquire if you can submit your coaching session in your native language. 2. A completed copy of the Coaching Assessment document (See attached) of your assessment of that coaching session. (NOTE: This is a SELF-ASSESSMENT where you assess the coaching session you are submitting. This requires NO ONE other than yourself. You submit this form, COMPLETED, with your coaching call.) 3. A completed Coaching Academy feedback form (See attached). 4. An acknowledgment that you have completed all the modules (They can check this behind the scenes so they already know if you did or did not complete them) 5. NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED. Your completion of your "tasking" is accepted on an honor system - they trust you are doing it, and you do not need to submit it. - NOTE: Most videos are too long to send via email - for that reason, I created a Google folder containing all the above and sent them the link to that folder (with access rights) in the email. - The coaching Assessment document is an Excel spreadsheet where you rate how well YOU covered each of the steps outlined in the spreadsheet. This is your best guess at how well you did and what you can improve upon. I don't believe they are looking for perfection, as we are always improving our skills. - UPDATE: many have asked if you need to demonstrate ALL the distinctions covered in the Expert Coach training. I think that would be a challenge to do - based on the self-assessment form, these are the skills you DO need to be able to demonstrate: 1)Creates introduction that is focused and engages the client. 2) Poise and confidence. 3) Pacing of speech. 4) Conveys ideas with originality and clarity 5) Addresses short-term goals 6) Addresses long-term goals 7) Responds to questions

This is so helpful. Thank you so much.
She was starkers on Zoom during a funeral...
Recently a past client of mine went viral for all the wrong reasons. And I do mean viral... GLOBALLY viral! You probably saw it. Here’s what happened: There was a funeral. Guests who couldn't attend were invited to watch on Zoom. So she logged on... And not realising her camera was on... She started watching the funeral IN THE SHOWER! All the other viewers could see her doing her shower routine. Obviously she was mortified. And sadly the images went viral on What's App. I was telling this story during this week's live session inside the Expert Coach Accelerator. We'd just started the Zoom call... And I was mentioning how you need to be extremely careful when your camera and microphone are switched on lol. Because if you’re careless you never know what might happen or what the repercussions might be. Likewise… As coaches we also have to be extremely careful with the language we use with our clients. Transformation occurs through language and being aware of language. So if we’re careless… And use the wrong language… We can actually cause more harm than good to our clients. And the repercussions of that can be disastrous for the client and your coaching business. You see… This is why I get together with the ECA members each week for live coaching practice… To help them help their clients create new realities through language. For example, when you master your language: * You can help guide your client to empowerment in every decision they make * You can get rapid client results no matter what the niche or problem is * And you can become an Expert Coach who earns a great living working online from anywhere… …because you regularly get testimonials and referrals from your happy clients. It all starts with being aware of the language and words you use. Which is why practising with other coaches over Zoom is really important. Just don’t try to do it in the shower please :-) To find out more about the Expert Coach Accelerator… And to join us before our next live session…

I remember during covid there were a few embarrassing situations for people. Thankfully came out relatively unscathed. But not to miss the essence of the story it’s important how you show up.
Question:
Point Out Blind Spots or Help The Client See Them For Themselves? My Answer… Whichever I might feel in the moment. I go with my intuition. I may feel it best to point something out or I may think it beneficial to ask questions that prompt self-revelation. Confidence in one’s ability is the requirement for this flexibility.

I have found it depends on the rapport I have with the client and how receptive they are. Some I can be direct, others I guide more.
Please help choosing the title
Dear All, I am in the process of writing my book on real estate (targeting first time and subsequent home buyers - who might be investors) and working on the title. It would be helpful if you can help me finalise the title of the book from the following option. If you have name suggestion - please free to add it. Below is the new addition - I can not edit the polls though The Ultimate Guide for Home Buyers: Winning Strategies for Mental and Financial Readiness
