Hello, my intention for the next 5weeks is to build a solid structure for my breathing practice/habits. To get inspired and motivated by Mike and others in the group. I am searching for the buddy who like me is a breath and/or yoga instructor and want to learn and practice together, also from that perspective of being a practitioner/instructor. I would like to offer and receive some check in: maybe even short weekly meeting to practice and share or/and stay in touch on whatsapp to keep each other accountable. Rather to find simple and easy way to connect and check on each other, share. I know life is busy :)

I am slowly catching up :) so far going well with all 5exersises, and 2breathing exercises. however, I allowed myself to not do them all at once, Monday and today I've done all sitting excersises first part of the day, then when back home I've done the rest. My version of not doing them perfectly :) I commit to do them min 6times per week, thank you! Feels good after!
