To start upwork , How much connects should i buy ?

I want some real guidance about upwork my services include : Facebook ads / Meta ads for e commerce ( only ) , i want guidance of someone who is good enough ( atleast top rated ) . i can pay for the time & i can join the paid version of any community , someone suggest me any mentor who actually listen to me to me and give me a clear roadmap for my first $10k on upwork . how much time should we take to write a proposal , Right now i m practing writing effective proposals but i'm taking 15 -18 minutes for reading understanding the job & writing the proposal ( manually ) , Is it ok to go with this pace 15 -18 min / proposal or with this speed i m not able to get any job ?
