Here’s the truth: 👉 That’s not hunger .👉 That’s stress, habit, boredom, or emotions talking. ✨ Real hunger: ✅ Comes slowly ✅ Any food sounds good ✨ Cravings: ❌ Come suddenly ❌ Want one specific thing only 💚 Weight loss doesn’t mean killing cravings.It means understanding them. Evening and late night . Bt best thing is this that in village we can't order junk food and can't go to to cook or bring any thing in night 😂 😂 but still weight is gaining 😞

Start day with water Walk 10 to 15 mints Breakfast chay with maki ki roti Lunch rice with daal Evening chay Dinner at 7pm rice with sabzi Walk after dinner almost 1 hr Cannot start weekly diet plan bcz things are not available in village and I m back to village with simple things
