Daily Journal Date: 18 December 2025 I try to stay disciplined even when the day felt slow and unstructured. Slept at 1:00 AM woke up at 9:00 AM. Some of the things i want to achieve? Daily prayer consistency, Consistent workout and hours of deep work. Reminders: Progress comes from repetition, not intensity. One clear priority beats many half-done tasks. Write before work to set intent. Day Start Section - Complete my ongoing courses related to Cybersecurity and Ai - Physical Training - Plan upcoming tasks and goals What I don’t want to do today: Overthinking and procrastinating.
