I try to stay disciplined even when the day felt slow and unstructured.
Slept at 1:00 AM
woke up at 9:00 AM.
Some of the things i want to achieve?
Daily prayer consistency, Consistent workout and hours of deep work.
Reminders:
Progress comes from repetition, not intensity.
One clear priority beats many half-done tasks.
Write before work to set intent.
Day Start Section
  • Complete my ongoing courses related to Cybersecurity and Ai
  • Physical Training
  • Plan upcoming tasks and goals
What I don’t want to do today:
Overthinking and procrastinating.
Diet + Gym
Breakfast: Boiled eggs, Peanut butter with bread, Apples
Lunch: Biryani
Dinner: Daal and roti with some salad
Gym: Trained Arms with 5 exercises, 3 sets each
Speaking: Reading aloud and clarity practice
Wins of the Day:
  • Completed my pending modules from my course with its assesment
  • Completed physical training
  • Stayed consistent with prayers
Mistakes / Learnings:
  • Started the day slowly
  • Learned that momentum builds after action
