how to get rid of anxiety, stress and regret
1. Control and take action on your ideas, 2. do what you can to achieve your goals 3. set and make your goals realistic 4. Plan your day , eg write a template first to see what you do on a routine and how you waste your time due to binge eating or social media and due to certain negative emotions like stress and reaction to someone negative action towards you, instead of taking action for your goal. 5. if you feel regret or anxiety for future think that what can I do about it starting from today , the past can never come back but what I do today will have effect on my progress tomorrow and further days , I think like this when I feel like I have wasted too much time , and also inflation is increasing day by day, and also we are getting closer to our hereafter , what can do so I won't regret when it will be my last moments of life, 6. now emotions are all set , it's time to do action for this life and for life after death. like daily 5 salats, honesty and sincerity in work, good manners with others regardless of their behaviour towards you including your parents and toxic relatives and friends 7. now you are all set , do let me know what you think about this solution,
