Calls aren’t reaching voicemail - transfer just says “failed.” No messages are being logged, even though tools create_note and create_task are active. Assistant says it can’t log the message or create a task. Anyone else running into this or found a fix? Need this resolved ASAP.
When we invite clients to the sub-account, they see this domain: https://createassistants.com/access Is it possible to change it with our white label domain?
If I decide to white label Assistable, could each of my clients then make unlimited bots in their account? Or would they be limited to one sub account each?
