At this point most of you probably understand the theory behind selecting a niche. Simply stated it helps you to be clear on who you are serving. As you begin to work with your niche you’ll inevitably begin to see patterns or repeated challenges that they face. If you were looking at Contractor’s (the construction type) you may find that because they work from their vehicle or on job sites that their pain point is having to spend their FREE TIME (weekends, holidays and family time) catching up on their books. Initially use your intuition (picture yourself in their shoes) and ask yourself what are their 3 biggest bookkeeping challenges and what solution can you offer.
