Power BI Rest API authorization
Hi everyone ๐Ÿ˜€! I have such a situation to handle: I want to build a Fabric pipeline that, using Copy data activity, will use Power BI REST API as a source and Warehouse as a destination and, for example, export data on reports in a given PBI Workspace (also on Fabric, of course). At the moment I am using Service Principal and OAuth for authorization. Is there any possibility to get rid of Application Registration and authorize requests using, for example, some user with specific permissions? Maybe there are other methods to not involve Service Principal? I can't wait to hear your experience on this topic ๐Ÿ™‚!

@Will Needham Thank you Will :)! As far as I understand it, directly from the pipeline level for this moment bypassing Service Principal is not possible?

Hello Everyone :)! My name is Monika and I'm from Wroclaw, Poland. I work as a Data Engineer, but I'm developing into a Data Solution Architect. I want to get to know Fabric better in order to be able to work with my future clients in a fully aware way and recommend the best possible solutions, as well as stay on top of the tool's development :)
