this is my first daily journal and from today i will write it regularly Inshallah , i find it amazing activity for self accountability and time management wake up time 0600 hrs sleep time 2300 hrs 6 am to 8 am : Offered fajar parayers , done with reading holy quran and other azkar i do daily 08 am t 9 am : break fast and switched on my laptop 09 am to 11 am : scrolling youtube on laptop and finding the best course for Meta Adds as i m running a small ecommerce as well 11 am to 1 pm : i watched lessons of "Rewire your brain" prepared notes and learned many positive points to apply in practical life 1pm to 3pm : ZUHR Prayers and lunch break and scrolling facebook reels 3pm to 5 pm : visited to see my nephew at my sister's home 5pm to 7 pm : maghrib parayer , logged on to laptop and watched some political news 7pm to 11 pm : esha prayers , watched drama on youtube , played chess on mobile and afterwards went to sleep wins of the day : deep work for 2 hours without distraction , made notes of lectures watched from community , positive mindset , les use of cell phone as compare to previous days , feeling more positive about my future.

Just gone through the lecture of "rewire your brain" , the value provided in the lecture is top class, leave freelancing aside, "updating your software" is it self a life changing course that can be applied to any field of life .... From today onwards i will make sure to write all positive/negative thoughts of subconsicious mind and train my brain for useful and creative ideas for the betterment of myself and people around me , Insha Allah
