What I discovered after one call!
Have you noticed that some discovery calls just flow more naturally? it's like everything is uplifting and the common ground is already there, I am having more discovery calls lately with people and I was always on the watch for what works and what doesn't, I work on the mindset, and so the energy setting in the call is delicate and very important for both persons on the call. The prospect knows that you have been through the same trenches and back by the energy that you create in the call, once that is set, everything else just builds up, and the most interesting by-product of all of this, is the excitement you get to genuinely help that person, and it is absolutely unreal (it feels like you have physically touched your purpose, and it flourished in front of you lol). I learned that apart from doing more calls, the key to achieve this is by balancing the tension between asking the questions that are on the edge of initiating the golden nugget, but also keeping a foot in the safety land of not intimidating them. What was your "aha" moment when doing calls, or engaging with people? I'm interested to read it in the comments 👇

W post. Aha moment was when I learned that business was a game, rather than a drag

love to see this haha
It’s not what you DO but HOW you do it that makes you achieve your goals.
As we live in an era of instant access to information, educating ourselves is easy. Yet even though information is available, 🙈 so many people remain STUCK. They do, do, do. They try different things —But little to no results show up. Whether it’s career, health, trauma healing, or relationships… Yet we can see some people doing the exact same thing and reaping MASSIVE results. 😭 I’ve lived this for a long time. When I was at school, I got bullied —To the point I became the target for the whole school.I begged my parents to change schools, but they refused. It was convenient: a Catholic school with uniforms, and my parents were very invested. I remember that day in science class when all the students were mocking my acne, and Pauline made a joke about it — even the teacher laughed. 🤬 Deep down, I made a decision:I would do all that was in my power to change this situation. Two years later, I got kicked out for misbehaving and not keeping up with my grades. Yet I was doing my homework.I was showing up in class.I was going to exams. BUT my identity made me approach this with a rebellious mindset — to fail, and to be recognized as a failure. 👉🏼 The paradox. I joined a new school for my last two years and got distinctions in Math and Literature — I even got second prize in a writing contest. 👉🏼BUT my identity was stronger.I kept working with excellence but arranged things so I’d fail. 👑 I won cycling races — and got disqualified for not filing the forms properly. 👑 I won an award for best magazine ad — and showed up high on weed in front of the jury. Since my teenage years, I had created an identity of humble failure:“I’m so cool, I win without needing the trophy, because I know I’m the best.” 🙈 This identity stuck to me like a shadow. I remember the first time my coaching business hit a wall.I showed my data and process to a business coach, and he said:“Man, you’re doing exactly what I would’ve advised you. Keep putting in the reps and it will change.”

I really like how your identity developed over the years, I only realized I was changing it when I started noticing how others saw me differently
