It’s not what you DO but HOW you do it that makes you achieve your goals.
As we live in an era of instant access to information, educating ourselves is easy.
Yet even though information is available,
🙈 so many people remain STUCK.
They do, do, do.
They try different things —But little to no results show up.
Whether it’s career, health, trauma healing, or relationships…
Yet we can see some people doing the exact same thing and reaping MASSIVE results.
😭 I’ve lived this for a long time.
When I was at school, I got bullied —To the point I became the target for the whole school.I begged my parents to change schools, but they refused.
It was convenient: a Catholic school with uniforms, and my parents were very invested.
I remember that day in science class when all the students were mocking my acne, and Pauline made a joke about it — even the teacher laughed.
🤬 Deep down, I made a decision:I would do all that was in my power to change this situation.
Two years later, I got kicked out for misbehaving and not keeping up with my grades.
Yet I was doing my homework.I was showing up in class.I was going to exams.
BUT my identity made me approach this with a rebellious mindset — to fail, and to be recognized as a failure.
👉🏼 The paradox.
I joined a new school for my last two years and got distinctions in Math and Literature — I even got second prize in a writing contest.
👉🏼BUT my identity was stronger.I kept working with excellence but arranged things so I’d fail.
👑 I won cycling races — and got disqualified for not filing the forms properly.
👑 I won an award for best magazine ad — and showed up high on weed in front of the jury.
Since my teenage years, I had created an identity of humble failure:“I’m so cool, I win without needing the trophy, because I know I’m the best.”
🙈 This identity stuck to me like a shadow.
I remember the first time my coaching business hit a wall.I showed my data and process to a business coach, and he said:“Man, you’re doing exactly what I would’ve advised you. Keep putting in the reps and it will change.”
But it did not change.
I thought the Universe was against me.
But then
⚡️ I changed.⚡️
I stopped self-sabotaging and started self-controlling.
I was in a loop of procrastination and rushing.I’d procrastinate (because I’m so good I can do it quick).
Then I’d rush before the deadline, leaving no time to review or improve
just enough time to deliver
and then blame the Universe for my lack of results.
✅ I learned my lesson.
Now I take my time.I do things with care. With presence.
Until I feel satisfied — knowing that next time, it will be better.
Perfection is in constant improvement.
If you’re not where you want to be —
regardless of the amount of effort, time, and energy you’ve dedicated
There is nothing wrong with what you do.
✅ But you need to:
  • Shift your identity
  • Shift your energy
  • Shift your mindset
❓How?
Use the hypnosis below. 👇🏼
It’s a quantum portal hypnosis —
it will take you to the place you want by changing your vibration.
Before doing the hypnosis,Take a piece of paper and describe your new identity.
Note: This vibration needs to settle down in your body.
You will fully live in your new reality when you feel it within you 60% of the time.
⚠️ Meaning if you only feel it for 10 minutes after the session, it won’t work.
So you need to keep practicing until you feel it most of the time.
Do the hypnosis as many times as you need to anchor the feeling in your body.
Use a trick to remind yourself daily of the feeling of your new identity.
Read the description EVERY DAY.
And don’t forget to welcome the new you.
