I recently have a client who asked me to build him a website. He wants inside his website a booking automation, he wants a system for payment and a admin dashboard where can see how it goes. I did have some ideas of what I can do but I am lost inside my ideas. What you guys suggest me to ?

When you sart doing you AI Agency and when your done building your offer and discovering wich AI you will use. What's the next step? Will start doing like for example some samples of automation pipeline or will try to get a client and train yourself while you work with the client? I am lost a little bit. Thank you
