DAY 17 | HABIT STACKING (WHO YOU’RE BECOMING) ✨
Yesterday we explored habit elimination and recognizing who you are no longer being. Today we shift toward reinforcement. As identity stabilizes, new behaviors begin appearing naturally. Not because you force them, but because they align with who you are becoming. This is where habit stacking comes in. Habit stacking is not about adding more tasks. It’s about gently layering small aligned actions onto things you already do, allowing identity to anchor through repetition. ✨ Examples of identity-based habit stacking: • Taking one conscious breath before opening your phone • Pausing briefly before responding in conversation • Drinking water or stretching when transitioning between tasks • Choosing presence during moments that used to feel rushed These are not productivity hacks. They are identity reinforcements. Each small action quietly tells your nervous system: “This is who I am now.” ✨ Why this matters Identity becomes embodied when behaviors repeat without strain. You’re not building discipline. You’re building familiarity. Over time: • Consistency stops feeling forced • Alignment feels normal • Old habits lose momentum naturally ✨ Your Day 17 practice Choose ONE small action you can gently attach to something you already do today. I have decided to go with the action, habit and practice of choosing presence during moments that used to feel rushed. For lent I will be giving up consuming soft drinks. Therefore, I will be drinking more water and I will also be choosing to stretch more when transitioning between different tasks. Have a wonderful day everyone and thank you for allowing me to share 🙏

GLOW CHALLENGE WEEK 3 — IDENTITY EMBODIMENT
This is the week where the internal works becomes external. The body catches up and so does your reality. We are moving into the year of the horse during this live challenge this week and things are going to pick up fast. Don't get swept up in it but allow it to carry you forward into a new reality. This week is about making identity somatic and behavioral. Identity does not stabilize in thought alone. It stabilizes through repetition in the body and becomes muscle memory. This week translates identity into daily life — subtly but consistently. What’s happening internally: - behaviors begin aligning automatically - resistance decreases - consistency stops feeling forced Habits shift not because of discipline — but because inconsistency feels off. Daily Immersion (Days 15–21) - Day 15: Identity Signals - Day 16: Habit Elimination (Who You’re No Longer Being) - Day 17: Habit Stacking (Who You’re Becoming) - Day 18: Energy Management - Day 19: Boundaries as Identity - Day 20: Self-Care as Self-Respect - Day 21: Identity Integration Review By the end of Week 3: - behavior has changed quietly - self-trust increases - identity feels embodied This is where people say, “I’m just moving differently.” Are you ready for this brand new year & brand new identity! DAY 16 | HABIT ELIMINATION: WHO YOU’RE NO LONGER BEING ✨
As we move through the eclipse into the year of the horse, you may notice some changes within you... As identity begins stabilizing in the body, something subtle starts happening: Certain habits stop fitting. Not because you are forcing yourself to change. Not because you are using discipline. But because inconsistency with your emerging identity begins to feel uncomfortable. This is where identity becomes powerful. You don’t eliminate habits by fighting them. You outgrow them. You SHED them. ✨ What habit elimination really means... It is not removing everything at once. It is noticing where old behaviors feel slightly misaligned now. You may notice: • Old reactions feel heavier or unnatural • Certain conversations drain you faster • Overexplaining feels unnecessary • Pushing yourself beyond capacity feels wrong instead of normal Nothing is broken. This is identity recalibrating. ✨ Your Day 16 practice Tonight, gently reflect on... • What behaviors feel like they belong to a past version of you? • Where does your body resist continuing an old pattern? • What feels subtly “off” even if you used to tolerate it? You are not forcing elimination. Awareness alone begins the release process. ✨ What’s happening internally... Habits shift not because of effort, but because alignment becomes clearer. The nervous system starts choosing differently without needing pressure. Tomorrow we move into Habit Stacking, where new aligned behaviors begin naturally layering into daily life. You are releasing what no longer matches who you are becoming... be kind to yourself.

GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 14: IDENTITY DECLARATION
Today we are at a pivotal point in your journey. Not only are we half way through this transformation, you are now stepping fully into the person you're becoming instead of away from who you were. This is the final shed. You don't need to force or do anything today, just let everything that isn't yours fall away and you will emerge as a brand new person. If you're tired, rest. Your rebirth will take much energy. You’ve spent the last two weeks observing, questioning, and gently redefining identity. You explored: • Identity vs personality • Values as identity anchors • The 1% Identity Principle • Morning and evening identity • How identity lives in small choices Today is not about becoming someone new. Today is about naming who you are choosing to be. An identity declaration is not a rigid label. It’s a conscious direction. It’s the moment where awareness becomes intention. You are not declaring perfection. You are declaring alignment. ✨ What is an identity declaration? A simple statement that reflects: • Your values • The energy you want to embody • The version of yourself you are intentionally moving toward Examples: • “I am someone who chooses calm over urgency.” • “I am grounded, honest, and self-trusting.” • “I move through life with clarity and compassion.” • “I honor my energy and act from alignment.” There is no right format. Only truth. ✨ Your Day 14 practice Write a short identity declaration in the comments below! Keep it simple. Keep it real. Ask yourself: “If I could consciously choose who I am becoming, what would I claim?” (You don’t need to share it unless you want to.
