Let's talk about resistance because this is such an important topic inside of the Intuitive Bootcamp Challenge. As such, it has been coming up for me over and over again over the last few days. Everywhere in my reality including the attached image popping up at the top of my feed the second I opened Facebook to do some work. It's definitely not subtle. It’s in my face. God has been very clear with me: it’s time to stretch. Not gently. Not when it feels convenient. But beyond what’s comfortable, beyond what feels familiar. And if I’m being real… I can feel the resistance like never before. But I can also see exactly what’s on the other side of it. Breakthrough. This isn’t random. This is a theme in my life right now. God is both pulling me forward and pushing me through at the same time. And I’m paying attention. I’m listening. I’m seeing the signs everywhere. And it’s made me sit with something deeper. Because the truth is… we already know. Not because someone told us. Not because we learned it somewhere. But because we feel it. That internal signal that tells you “this is right” or “this is off.” That’s your knowing. And most people aren’t stuck because they lack clarity. They’re stuck because they resist what they already know. You can know exactly what’s good for you and still avoid it. You can feel what’s aligned and still choose what’s easier in the moment. That’s resistance. Your body will always try to keep you in what’s familiar. What’s comfortable. What gives quick relief. Even if it’s the very thing keeping you stuck. So you end up knowing better… but not doing better. And people think once they “figure it out,” everything will change. It won’t. Clarity doesn’t create action. You can see everything clearly and still not move. And that gap between what you know and how you live… that’s where the tension starts. That’s where things begin to feel heavy. Not because God is punishing you. But because you’re moving against what He’s already shown you.
