First, breathe, and tune in and take a moment to check in with yourself. ✨ Close your eyes for a moment. Feel into your body. Ask: - Where is my energy feeling most alive today? - Where is it feeling dense, tired, or blocked? - Which chakra is asking for my attention right now? 🌀 You might feel tightness in the throat (Throat Chakra), heaviness in the belly (Solar Plexus), or even buzzing in your crown (Crown Chakra). Trust what your body tells you. it always knows, this is how we engage our intuition and learn to develop body awareness, the foundation of all spiritual, mental, and physical work. 💬Use this format if you'd like: Today I feel energy in my ___________ chakra. It feels ____________. I'm choosing to support it with ____________.(Examples: grounding, rest, affirmations, breathwork, water, movement, a crystal, etc.) Let’s be honest with ourselves and gentle with what we find when we bring awareness to our bodies. It might bring up tension, stress, trauma, and old programming. This is part of the wisdom our bodies hold.
