Yet another 0% inbox rate for microsoft post
I've seen some good advice there from @leonardo-orihuela-8122 and @mkhuzaima-afzal-6901. Still curious to see if anyone else is dealing with this and fixed it. Maybe hear some strategies from @Jay Feldman , @Jordan Wiseman or whoever is used to deal with this? At this point it looks like a global issue right now. My client campaigns were 100% microsoft inbox rate just weeks ago. Now you won't get over 0% inbox rate even for something as simple as "hey will you be on the meeting tomorrow?" one-line type of emails. Not a copy issue. Tested this as well on other mailboxes i haven't used for months, still warming up daily. 0% outlook. 100% google. I'm considering buying Outlook mailboxes soon. Though I'm not sure if it will fix anything? Getting more clarity would be great.

@Hamed Mohammadi Are you using Jay’s mailboxes?

@Hamed Mohammadi So is it your own Google Workspace setup, or are you using a custom SMTP?
Anyone know how to scrape ecom leads?
Heya! I've been having trouble lately trying to scrape ecom leads and wanted to know if anyone in this community had solutions. I offer a service where I take winning ads from health, wellness, supplement, and beauty DTC brands and turn them into advertorials as a front end offer. However, when I've been trying to scrape these leads on Apollo, trustedleads, and storeleads... All Ive gotten back were csv files with service based businesses, charities, foundations, and sprinkled with some ecom businesses. As you can tell, I can quite frustrated haha. Was wondering if anyone has solutions. Thanks!

Yes, it’s a common issue. Why are you making an ecom lead list from Apollo? Try using another database instead. I have almost 100M ecom leads myself, and I’m also doing outreach. You can take some from me for free. If the quality is good, then we can discuss further. Basically, I’m also getting them from a vendor, then verifying and filtering everything properly.
100% Spam to Microsoft Emails but 100% inbox to Google
Question to you awesome people. I have 6 inboxes from Google on 2 domains that are about 2 months old. After 30 days of warming, they were all fine so I used them for cold email. But after a couple of week, the Microsoft issue started. Anyone had a similar experience? What do you guys think happened and what can I do to resolve it? Thanks!

@John Rami Where do you get Outlook accounts from?

@John Rami That's the thing, bro. $30 is too expensive. I just use my own Jays InboxInsider setup, which costs me only $15 per domain and gives me basically the same setup. One thing I've noticed is that if you really want better Outlook deliverability, you need an Outlook based warmup system. The warmup mailboxes should send emails only to Outlook mailboxes. If an email lands in Spam, it should automatically mark it as "Not Spam," move it to the Primary inbox, and interact with it. Doing this consistently for around 30 days seems to improve Outlook deliverability a lot. I'm building this for myself right now. Let's see how it performs. 🙂
Anyone consistently landing in Microsoft inboxes?
Has anyone managed to improve deliverability to Microsoft accounts recently? I’ve tried practically everything: Outlook to Outlook Google to Outlook Heavy spintax Low sending volumes I’ve tried everything imaginable. Even so, I’m still seeing results that are significantly worse than those with Google or other ESPs. Have you found a strategy that actually works in 2026 to improve deliverability to Microsoft? Or do you think cold emailing Microsoft accounts has become so restrictive that it’s no longer worth it as a prospecting channel? I’m interested in hearing about your real experiences, tools, configurations, or changes that have made a difference.

I'll show you privately if you want. It's simple. If you follow these steps, your deliverability problems will be solved. I and most agencies are using this exact setup.

@Leonardo Orihuela I'm also building an Outlook based warmup tool. It sends warmup emails only between Outlook mailboxes. If an email lands in Spam, it automatically marks it as important, moves it to the Primary inbox, and interacts with it to create positive engagement signals. After running it for around 30 days, it helps improve Outlook deliverability. I'm building it for my own use, but if you're interested in trying it once it's ready, let me know.
Why can't I land in Microsoft?
It's been a week and I'm all in Google for 40 mailboxes. I am the only one having issues? My mailboxes are 4 months old. I know health scores don't mean much. But I'm 100%. Can you help me out to figure what's going on?

Also, your email copy and your offer matter a lot. Make sure your email copy contains zero spam trigger words because that's one of the best ways to improve your chances of landing in the inbox. You're using an older style of cold email copy. You can use this framework to write much better emails: https://meadow-leader-47c.notion.site/Hormozi-s-100M-Cold-Email-Equation-34681f7dc52781e2b921e5a7a09323ca
