The Eclipse is coming to the following cities (See image below). If your lucky enough to be hosting in those cities at minimum you should be charging $300-400 per night for that entire weekend. If you already have those dates booked at cheap rates call Airbnb and have them cancel it. At a minimum my total ADR should be $600 for the entire weekend per unit. $600 x 400 Units = $240,000 in 1 Weekend.

since handyman are pretty much on a needed basis, what is your recommended approach for maintaining a good relationship with them?
