Eclipse High Season Bookings
The Eclipse is coming to the following cities (See image below).
If your lucky enough to be hosting in those cities at minimum you should be charging $300-400 per night for that entire weekend.
If you already have those dates booked at cheap rates call Airbnb and have them cancel it.
At a minimum my total ADR should be $600 for the entire weekend per unit.
$600 x 400 Units = $240,000 in 1 Weekend.
