Mid week check in.
HAPPY WEDNESDAY!! Has anyone had a chance to check out the classrooms yet? 😊 It’s still in the early stages, but after the New Year we’ll start filling the calendar and adding live Zoom classes, resources, and new content. I’d love your input as we build this together: ✨ What class topics would you like to see? ✨ What’s your biggest struggle right now in your bariatric journey? ✨ Where do you need the most support or clarity?

My biggest challenge is snacking on slider foods. I fel deprived if I don't snack on a few crackers, etc.

I've never used a planner for anything other than my appointments. I'm wondering if this will help me be accountable.

Friday Night Check-In!
It’s that time of week again… Let’s talk menu planning + meal prep! I’m curious 👀👇 Do you plan your meals for the week? If so, when do you do it? 🔹 Friday night planner? 🔹 Weekend shopper? 🔹 Sunday meal-prep marathon? 🔹 Or do you go day-by-day but keep your protein + water goals in mind? Share your routine — what helps you stay on track and successful for the week ahead? Your tips might be exactly what someone else needs!!!

I plan for a few days of eating on Sunday then again on Wed. I do get tired of my meal prep after a few days.

Gym Time
I've noticed that I eat better and track my food if I workout first thing in the morning. Anyone else?
