Hey everyone! Newbie here, I kind of figured out what Preferred Partners are, but when it comes to the locked courses, they all say you can unlock with VIP. I haven't seen anything that explains quite what that is yet. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thank you much 😊

Peace…from jury duty I got my first real potential client. She wants me to take over her books from her current bookkeeper. I’m about to begin the 18 Pt QBO Inspection and deliver my findings by Monday so we can talk how to fix and price moving forward. I’m excited. What should I be mindful of. I didn’t know where to post this message.

I JUST GOT MY 1ST SIGNED CONTRACT!!!!!!!! EEEEEK!!!! Ummm, what do I do now?! 😆 He's already set up in QBO and I've asked for access. I have his payment info but I don't know where to put it in QBO and how to charge him, can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm panicking and not sure what else I'm forgetting. 🥳🥳🥳

My client with 2 businesses signed on last July for 2024 to present clean up and ongoing bookkeeping. I finished and billed 2024, he made more than he realized and took awhile to get started on 2025. He finally emailed me in late January to get started on 2025 and set up auto pay for 2026 ongoing. I had to raise his rate for one of his businesses because it has 6 instead of only 2 accounts to reconcile like we initially discussed. So another month later, he finally signed the new agreement, paid the deposits for clean up, paid for Jan-feb 2026, and auto pay for march is going through. Big win!!
